How to submit your poster

Technical requirements
Each participant must print their own poster and personally obtain the material for the exhibition.
It is suggested to follow the copy shop instructions for printing your work, related to the selected layout and iconography.
The suggested size for posters is 841 mm x 1189 in vertical orientation.
Adequate supports will be provided for the exhibition in dedicated areas of the spaces established for the conference (consistent with the availability of material and organizational).
The poster must be written in Italian or English and include the poster number assigned by the organizing secretariat, the information and affiliations of the authors.
The size and type of font must be selected so that the poster can be easily read from a distance of 1 to 2 m.
Funding, financial interests / conflict of interest must be indicated on the poster.
The responsible Author will present the work to the evaluation committee in a 2-minute oral presentation.

During the conference it will be possible to discuss the POSTERS for a maximum of 2 minutes

Awards and recognitions
The works will be evaluated by the examining committee that will judge their scientific severity, methodological rigor and study design as well as innovation and precision of the info-photographic reporting. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
the winners will be announced during the conference day, at the end of the poster discussions.
